HR FIRMS

Subject to the provisions of the HRMP Act,2012 a person may register a human
resource firm if –
(a) the firm has a certificate of registration of a business name or certificate of incorporation;
(b) the firm has at least one partner or principle shareholder who is registered as a
human resource professional and who has a valid practicing certificate;
(c) the person fulfills any other condition as may be stipulated by the Council.

 

Documents required in registering an HR Firm
 1. Copy of Registration/Incorporation certificate, CR12,
 2. PIN/VAT
 3. Memorandum & Articles of Association/Constitution where applicable
 4. Copy of title deed or a Registered lease
 5. Copy of a valid practicing certificate of one partner or principle shareholder
