Subject to the provisions of the HRMP Act,2012 a person may register a human resource firm if –

  • the firm has a certificate of registration of a business name or certificate of incorporation;
  • the firm has at least one partner or principle shareholder who is registered as a Human Resource Professional and who has a valid practicing certificate;
  • the person fulfils any other condition as may be stipulated by the Council.
