Human Resource Management Consultancy and Enterprise Services (HUREMCES) is established pursuant to section 6(1) (g) as read with section 6 (1) (m) of the Human Resource Management Professionals (HRMP) Act No. 52 of 2012 as an affiliate of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
